Join us for a deep and nourishing journey through the four foundational aspects of our human intelligence—body, emotion, mind, and spirit—as we explore their unique gifts and their powerful, unified flow.

Each 2-hour workshop will focus on one of the four core intelligences, offering somatic and creative practices to awaken, align, and integrate these inner dimensions. Through anchoring in the here and now, guided movement, art-making, and shared reflection, we create a dynamic space for personal insight, embodied awareness, and energetic realignment.

As we attune to each aspect of our intelligence, we cultivate the capacity to live with more presence, resilience, and wholeness—grounded in our truth and connected to the greater field of life.

This series invites you to:

• Reclaim the wisdom of the body as your foundation

• Befriend emotional energy as a source of vitality and guidance

• Clarify the mind’s voice without losing touch with the heart

• Align with spirit as a living presence in everyday life

• Reweave these aspects into a unified flow of embodied presence
