Zoom room opens at 10:20 am… with individual warm up and welcome.
Around 10:30 am we gather around a centering meditation and warm up to bring awareness to body, mind, heart and spirit. This leads into an improvisation to different kinds of music, rhythms and melodies, inner and outer,… taking us on a journey to the core.
At around 11. 40 am we gather for a short integration and check-out.
In this class we interweave creative and organic movement with the strong and centered presence of our inner witness. Curiosity always opens any dance floor (also yours at home) into a space where the body and the spirit connect. Together we dance in the transformative fire of movement and presence, dive under the surface of the visible into the world of sensations, movement and emotions… supporting each other in the healing energy field of a conscious, heartfelt and embodied community. Let’s dive into the river of dance together!

Deutsch:

Der Zoomraum öffnet um 19:25 Uhr mit einem individuellen Warm-up und Willkommen. Um ca. 19:30 Uhr kommen wir zu einer Anfangsmeditation und Zentrierungsübung zusammen, die uns dann auch gleich in das Thema des Tages führt.
Achtsame Körperbewusstheit, lustvolle Bewegungsentfaltung, (co)-kreatives und spielerisches Improvisieren mit Tiefgang locken unsere schöpferische Präsenz, unsere Bewegungsfreiheit und unseren authentischen Ausdruck hervor.
Tanzend reisen wir durch verschiedene innere und äußere Landschaften… mit und ohne Musik. Neue innere und äußere Wege dürfen erforscht und ertanzt werden. Um ca. 20:40 Uhr kommen wir nochmals für einen kurzen „Check-out“ zusammen.

Lass Dich erneuern, transformieren und inspirieren! Tanze Dich von Kopf bis Fuss….vom Scheitel bis zur Sohle… mit Haut und Haaren… mit Herz und Seele… durch und durch.
