Inner Nature – At Green Gulch – Zen Center

Being back at Green Gulch is the highlight of our workshops in California each year.

This workshop is a love letter to the earth, our inner nature and life itself. It is an invitation to be present with and in our physical and earthly existence at the same time as connecting to and strengthening our spaciousness within.

The day begins with a somatic meditation using the “8 Core Connexion keys”, preparing body and mind to embark on a journey that invites movement and stillness, listening and expression, body and soul, community awareness and co-creation.

The forest and beach around the center will host part of our exploration. We will spend meditative and creative time inside and outside in nature.

Please arrive by 9.45 am to orient yourself and bring walking shoes and outside clothing.

When: 10am – 6pm.

Fee: $155 incl. lunch at Green Gulch, $135 without lunch, ($135 for students, $ 115 without lunch)

If you change your mind or need to cancel, please let us know 2 weeks before, otherwise we need to charge the whole tuition, unless we have people on the waiting list taking your spot.
