Core Connexion – Dance is the Answer in Calgary

Honouring the energy of spring this workshop is dedicated to the natural creativity which dances at the core of all of us. In these uncertain times we need that creative energy more than ever. How can we create deep resilience and open to new solutions with creativity and joy?

Let’s get connected to the creative life force inside and dive into the river of dance together. We all have a “seed“ inside of us that pulls us forward in life – something in us that wants to unfold. When we practice together, these seeds resonate with each other – a dance of mutual inspiration and co-creation starts to happen.

In this workshop we will interweave creative and organic movement with the strong and centered presence of our inner witness. Curiosity opens the dance floor into a space where the body and the creative connect. Together we will dance in the transformative space of movement, presence and expression, supporting each other in the healing energy field of a conscious, heartfelt and embodied community. We will invite and create ways to cultivate and grow our creative presence into the unknown future!

When: Friday 6:30 – 8:30pm, Sat & Sun 11am – 5pm

Regular: CD $275 if paid before April 1st, $315 after

Benefactor:CD $355 (The benefactor rate covers the cost of the program and supports fellow dancers)

Cancellation Policy: Please note cancellations will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations after April 1st, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations after March 1st, 2024 unless you find someone to attend in your place. If we need to postpone or cancel our workshop, you will be refunded 100% of the workshop fee. Please be advised we are not able to cover any costs incurred by registrants for transportation or accommodations, please take this in consideration when organizing your travel and accommodation plans.
