Core Connexions has offered me a deep sense of peace and acceptance of myself as I have been offered the opportunity to really listen to all that I am in a space that is safe, super creative and at my own pace. The community that I have experienced through this practice has been like no other for me and this has been a beautiful addition to the Craniosacral Therapy and Breathwork practice that I already offer.
