Core Circle Thursdays – weekly online (in English) – Begin again

Beginning again is not about starting from zero.
It’s about arriving where you are — with your body, your breath, your lived experience — and taking the next true step.

In this Core Connexion class, we explore beginning again as an embodied practice. Through gentle movement, guided dance, pause, and creative reflection, we listen to what wants to emerge now. We sense where we need grounding, where something is ready to soften, and where new life energy is quietly asking for space.

This is a class for moments of transition — after endings, in times of change, or whenever you feel the call to reset without forcing. We move slowly enough to listen, freely enough to rediscover choice, and creatively enough to let something new take form.

This advanced group is for people who have some Core Connexion experience or have practiced other creative or conscious techniques already,  who like to come on a regular basis and dive deeply into the process of movement, creativity and sharing in our wisdom circle. This group is truly a wisdom circle, supporting the individual presence, connection and creativity through the collective Core Connexion space.

In this class we focus on centering, grounding, moving and affirming our aliveness, creativity and presence for ourselves and the world.

Zoom room opens at 10:30 am… with individual warm up and welcome. 30 Minutes of guided practice leads into expressive dance, followed by a creative integration and sharing. Please make sure your camera and microphone are working.
