Centering Practice and Creative Expression
In this class we focus on centering, grounding, moving and affirming our aliveness and presence for ourselves and the world.
30 Minutes of guided practice leads into expressive dance. After around 70 Minutes there is a creative group integration and sharing.
This group is for people who have some Core Connexion experience or have practiced other creative or conscious techniques already, who like to come on a regular basis and dive deeply into the process of movement, creativity and sharing in our wisdom circle.
