Eine erfrischende Kombination aus Bewegungserfahrung, Tanz und sommerlicher Seeatmosphäre.

Tief ins Jetzt eintauchen … das Flüstern des Körpers hören… dem natürlichen Fluss des 

Tanzes folgen … innere und äussere Landschaften bereisen … mit dem Herzen atmen … 

der Seele Ausdruck verleihen … das Leben tanzen…

Das gemeinsame Wirken als Lebenstänzerinnen und -tänzer, Forschende und Kreative kann zutiefst beflügelnd und befruchtend sein. Wenn wir tanzen, dürfen wir vergessen, wer wir zu sein glauben und alle Arten von Möglichkeiten strömen ein. Gemeinsam schaffen wir einen ko-kreativen Raum, in dem ein ganz neuer Tanz entstehen und neue Antworten für unsere Zeit auftauchen können. Zusammen können wir uns entfalten, unsere “TanzMedizin” tanzen und spielerisch neue Wege gehen. Dance is the answer.

Achtsame Körperbewusstheit, lustvolle Bewegungsentfaltung, (ko)-kreatives und spielerisches Improvisieren mit Tiefgang locken unsere schöpferische Präsenz, unsere Bewegungsfreiheit und authentischen Ausdruck hervor. Lass Dich erneuern, transformieren und inspirieren! Morgens geht es bewegt ins Studio, nachmittags oder abends, je nach Wetter, auch in die Natur. Es wird auch freie Zeit geben zu integrieren, zu entschleunigen, zu relaxen und den See und die Umgebung von Glarisegg zu genießen.

Preise:

Eine gemischte und internationale Gruppe ist mir wichtig. Daher sind unsere Preise extra relativ niedrig gehalten, damit mehr Menschen an der Gemeinschaft teilnehmen können. Jedes Jahr vergebe ich zusätzlich ein bis zwei Stipendien für Menschen mit niedrigen finanziellen Möglichkeiten oder aus armen Ländern mit unvorteilhafter Währung. Gerne kannst du daher auch in den StudentInnen – Fond einzahlen.  Ubuntu (Südafrikanisches Sprichwort: „Ich existiere, weil Du existierst und Du existierst, weil ich existiere.“

Core Connexion Summer Workshop at Castle Glarisegg in Switzerland, Lake Constance

A refreshing combination of body awareness practices, creative expression, dance and the atmosphere of summer and lake.

Dive deeply into the Now … listen to the whispers of the body… follow the natural flow of the dance… journey through inner and outer landscapes… express your soul… dance your life.

Core Connexion invites you to explore these essential elements, fostering an environment where you can connect deeply with yourself, your body, your aliveness and others. By embracing somatic practices, you will learn to deeply connect to the wisdom of you body allowing your creativity to flow freely.

Join us in this movement journey, where you can discover the joy of connecting to your center, expressing yourself authentically and tap into the co-creative energy of the group.

When we create together as life dancers, shape shifters and creative researchers, we can forget who we think we are, take a pause from our roles, and expectations of life, and all kinds of possibilities can flow in. Together we create a co-creative space where a totally new dance can occur, where new responses to the questions of our time can arise. Together we can unfold, explore new paths and dance our lives. Dance is the answer.

In this workshop we will interweave creative and organic movement with the centered presence of our inner witness. Curiosity creates a space where the body and the creative connect. We will invite and create ways to cultivate and grow our creative presence into the future!

The mornings we will spend in the studio and in the afternoons or evenings we either play and practice in nature or in the studio.

There will also be time to enjoy the lake and surroundings of Schloss Glarisegg.
