Core Connexion Movement Saturday series

We are always changing, always becoming. Life moves through us, reshaping who we are and inviting us into what is not yet known. Vice versa we shape our lives through our decisions, creations and intentions.

How can we find a sense of belonging in a world that never stands still? How can we feel at home in ourselves, each other and the world without becoming too rigid or defended but still remaining open to change?

Through somatic movement, dance, creative exploration, and the joy of moving together, we enter the living field of belonging, being, and becoming. We cultivate the presence to meet what is, the creativity to explore what is possible, and the courage to embrace change — within ourselves, in our relationships, and in the world around us.

Together, we co-create a space of curiosity, trust, and possibility, where each of us can unfold in our own way, while something new and unexpected emerges between us.

Come as you are. Move with what is. Dance with what is becoming. Discover what we can become together.

Please bring layers to wear, water to drink and some writing material.
