Thank you, Eva, for creating this fantastic practice! Core Connexion is so much fun! It’s also transformative and soul satisfying. What a great way to connect with myself by learning how to be present on the dance floor, and in life. Core Connexion is dance, yes – but so much more than dance. Hard to put into words because CC is an experience (a profound one). How lucky I am to be part of this community and to share it with the world.
